APPEARANCE: Light straw with vibrant lemon hues, brilliant clarity.
NOSE: Very intense aromas of fresh passionfruit, lime and honeydew melon.
PALATE: Vibrant, approachable palate, showing generous intensity of citrus, passionfruit and lime flavours. An elegant, balanced palate bursting with generous flavor and nice length, framed by refreshing acidity.
STYLE: Light to medium bodied, crisp, aromatic white wine, matches well chicken/prawn dishes, seafood. Try with Salt and Pepper Squid or a beautiful aromatic Thai Green Curry, matches well with the coconut base.
WINEMAKING: In essence the wine is crated to capture the pure fruit flavors of the grape and lock in the fresh varietal characters of these excellent blend partners without any overt winemaking influences to the wine. The basic principle is cool harvest, cool ferment, reductive (oxygen free) handling to ensure the freshness and vibrancy of the fruit shines through.
