2017 Bojangles BRUT CUVEE Pinot Noir

From 100% Manjimup Estate grown hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes.  
The wine undergoes a traditional secondary fermentation in the bottle.  A minimum of 5 years on yeast lees, resulting in a delightful sparkling wine.
 
This Sparkling shows complexity and personality, with zesty citrus sorbet on the nose.  A fresh palate, showing yeasty & honey nuances. 
 
With vibrant mineral acidity and a light and refreshing palate.
