Pinot Noir 100%Harvest date: March 2018 Delicate light bodied Pinot, with delightful palate of raspberry, cherry and strawberries. Beautifully integrated oak, which gives subtle cedar and white chocolate overtones. Fine, light tannins with balanced acidity delivering a juicy flavoursome finish with a good length on the palate. Matches well with a high quality duck liver pate or carpaccio, also matches well with a creamy mushroom risotto or pasta, with shavings of Black Truffle. Great with roasted meats/vegetables, try with roasted beetroot/goats cheese/black truffle.
